1:30 - 3:30pm (Chinese):  Dharma discussions

Sundays
6:00am - 12 noon:  Sitting meditation sessions (with breakfast/informal discussion 8:30 - 9:30am)

Our group has both Mahayana and Theravada traditions. The morning group is focus on Theravada and the afternoon group is more on the Mahayana.
